Ocular complications following posterior superior alveolar nerve block (PSANB) are extremely rare occurrence. We report a case of a 43-year-old women who experienced double vision after administration of PSANB and greater palatine Nerve block. This type of complication can be distressing to the patient as well as the practitioner. Though most of these complications are transient in nature early detection and prompt treatment should be emphasised to prevent permanent damage.
