Objective The aim of the study was to evaluate diagnostic accuracy and readers' experience in the detection of focal liver lesions on computed tomography with Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction-V (ASIR-V) reconstruction compared with filtered back projection (FBP) scans.
