Preparation and anticancer effect of transferrin-modified pH-sensitive polymeric drug nanoparticle for targeted cancer therapy

The OCAD was analyzed by 1H NMR and, diameter of OCAD and TPOCAD were confirmed 230nm and 250nm by DLS, respectively. The release profile of OCAD showed that acidic pH was rapidly released than neutral pH. To compare cellular uptake of OCAD and TPOCAD, its internalization was analyzed by CLSM.
