ObjectiveTo report on the establishment of a unified, electronic PRO infrastructure and pilot results from the first 5 practices enrolled in the web-based collection system developed by the Michigan Urologic Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC).MethodsEligible patients were those undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) of 5 academic and community practices.
