A giant septal diverticulum in a patient with medullary sponge kidney

A 67-year-old man was referred to our outpatient clinic after an abnormal ECG was obtained during a routine examination. Transthoracic echocardiography showed a large septal wall invagination without evidence of ventricular septal defect (A). Moderate left ventricular systolic dysfunction due to septal hypokinesia was noted (Supplementary data online, Movie S1Supplementary data online, Movie S1–S2S2).
