Abstract
Intra-cranial lipomas are extremely rare fat-containing lesion, comprising 0.1 to 0.5 of all primary brain tumours. LoCCs constitute the commonest variety of all intra-cranial lipomas ( 40 to 50 % ) and are associated with varying degrees of dysgenesis of corpus callosum [ 1 ], they generally remain asymptomatic. In this study, we report two cases of pericallosal lipomas admitted with seizures and discuss the clinical and radiological finding in the light of the litterature.
