68Ga-PSMA Uptake in Prostate Cancer Sciatic Nerve Metastasis

Most prostate cancers spread to regional lymph nodes, axial skeleton and lungs. Perineural malignant involvement is very rare. We present a 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT image of a sciatic nerve metastasis in a 65-year-old man with recurrent prostate cancer. Received for publication October 4, 2018; revision accepted December 17, 2018.
