Clinical and Microstructural Findings in Paget's Disease of the Entire Mandible

This report describes the clinical and histological findings in a 75-year old patient with PDB involving the mandible. Microstructural analyses revealed the altered quality of the bone microstructure and the depletion of the affected bone from calcium.
