Development of temozolomide coated nano zinc oxide for reversing the resistance of malignant glioma stem cells.

In this manuscript, we have discussed the ecofriendly syntheses of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) were achieved using Glycyrrhiza glabra (G. glabra) seed aqueous extract. The green synthesized ZnO NPs were characterized using analytical techniques like XRD, TEM, particle size histogram and Zeta potential. From the results, it was found that the green synthesized ZnO NPs were around 35nm in size with irregular spherical shape.
