Neoplastic masses of the heart are rare and often are benign like myxomas, fibromas, lipomas, angiomas, and papillary fibroelastomas. They are seen more commonly in the right atrium.1 Malignant tumors of the heart can be primary or metastatic from the lungs, breast, or other tissues. The presenting symptoms from the cardiac masses are quite variable and depend on the size and location of the mass.
