Fast (~1 min) enrichment and analysis of lipids in small volumes of biofluid is presented. A porous polymer coating transfer enrichment method is developed for direct mass spectrometry (MS) analysis. It enables fast profiling and quantitation of lipids in small volumes of biofluid sample. Coupled with photochemical Paternò‐Büchi reaction, this method enables fast determination of lipid structure at the C=C location level and potential point‐of‐care lipid biomarker analysis.
