2、Most patients were satisfied with reconstructed ears.

3、Reconstructed ears showed good three‐dimensional shape with clear anatomical details and symmetric cranioauricular angle.

4、Retroauricular and chest scars were much smaller.

5、Compared with traditional method,new method takes shorter operation time in the second stage.
