Erratum

A correction has been made to an article that appeared in the November 1997 issue of the journal [Burkhardt JE, Walterspiel JN, Schaad UB. Quinolone Arthropathy in Animals Versus Children. Clin Infect Dis 1997; 25:1196–204]. Reference 13, a conference abstract, was not subsequently published, and therefore should be removed from the published article. Additionally, the phrase "as recently shown in a meningococcal epidemic in Nigeria" should be removed from the second-to-last sentence of the introduction.
