Defining Mandibular Morphology in Robin Sequence

Robin sequence, defined as the triad of glossoptosis, micrognathia, and airway obstruction, remains a challenging clinical entity. While there remain controversies regarding stratification of disease severity and treatment, there is consensus that micrognathia is a defining feature of the condition. The purpose of this study was to identify discrete differences in the Robin mandible relative to the normal infant mandible.
