Can autofluorescence guide surgeons in the treatment of MRONJ? A prospective feasibility study

The main limitation of surgical treatment of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is difficulty in defining resection margins. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of the surgeon's experience and auto-fluorescence guided bone surgery to delimit resection margins for necrotic bone.
