The purpose of this study is to present and retrospectively analyze the long-term function and radiographic changes associated with fibular free flap reconstruction of the condyle. A retrospective analysis was performed of patients treated within the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at LSUHSC – Shreveport from February 2007 to February 2015 who had undergone resection of the mandible with condylar disarticulation subsequently reconstructed with a fibular free flap. 120 total patients underwent resection of the mandible with reconstruction using a fibular free flap.
