Comparison of home sleep apnea testing versus laboratory polysomnography for the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea in children

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) affects 1-5% of pediatric patients. Laboratory polysomnography is expensive, not always available, and is inconvenient for patients.
